Starting December 1st we will be running an online league around the globe. Here is how it will work:
? The league includes 3 tables: 2x18m, 2x70m and FITA 1440. As you know, some of our members shoot indoor now while other shoot outdoor. We are a truly global group.
? In each table there are four categories: Men Compound (MC), Women Compound (WC), Men Recurve (MR) and Women Recurve (WR).
? Participants must be IOAG members. If you want your results to be counted, all you have to do is join the group.
? Results are recognized only if they are obtained in official tournaments with an official judge. Training results do not count.
? All the results should be reported through the officers of the country who will report them to me. Officers were briefed on the exact reporting format. Ultimately, it is the archer?s responsibility to send the results to the officer, unless the officer chooses to draw the results from officially published results.
? First period of reporting: 1-Dec-09 through 31-12-09.
? At the end of the 1st period we will declare the winners for December 2009. A new league will then be opened for January 2010 and so on. We plan on a master ranking at the end of the season (31 March 2010).
? At this point the following officers have expressed their readiness to manage the results of their countries:
